The Holy Shrine Puliyam Pulli Namboothiri Madam located in valappad village 4 km west of famous thriprayar temple , thrissur dist. Srii kali Devi , Sri Vishnu maya and Chathan Swamy are worshipped equally.

Years back Puliyampally Namboothiri showed two full moons in the sky suprised the believers at mid night on a new moon day. After his death his spirit is blessing all the believers coming this Holy Shrine. Chief Priest acquired all his spiritual powers drom his ancestors.
