Annual celebration of Brahma Vellattu and Thira Maholsavam are celebrated for four days in Kumbham.

Day 1

Importance given to poojas for Puliyampulli Namboothiri and Bhagavathi

From the days of Upasana the special Pooja's are performed for Puliyampully Namboothiri, and for Bhagavathi and the festival begins with the lightening Amrita Jyothi.On this auspicious day special kalams are arranged for Puliyampulli Namboothiri and Bhagavathi for the gracefulness of the ultimate doctrine, and also there will be Thottam Pattu inscribed with Devi Mahatmyam.

Day 2

Festival of Mahashakti Kali Devi
Abhishekam at 4.00 O'Clock Siveli at 8.00 O'Clock
Ezhunnallippu at 2 O'Clock

Elephants carry the deity during annual festival processions and ceremonial ezhunnallathu. Guruthi Puja , Adi Puja is especially ceremonious.

Day 3

Brahma Vellattu and Thira Maholsavam for Sri Vishnumaya Chathan Swami
